• Identify salient medical issues; advise counsel on case development
• Review pertinent records and tests results; advise on adequacy of treatment and effects of inadequate or untimely care
• Assess relevant emerging industry devices and treatment techniques
• Perform clinical examination of patient
• Provide patient status and future medical needs assessment
• Guide counsel in preparation for depositions and court actions
• Provide court testimony as necessary

• Perform clinical examination of patient 
• Review pertinent records and tests results; advise on adequacy of treatment and effects of inadequate or untimely care
• Ensure data collection and development of life care plan include all appropriate health and medical professional perspectives
• Facilitate recruitment of appropriate life care planning professionals, if not already involved, as requested by counsel 
• Review and offer feedback to Life Care Plan development team as appropriate 
• Validate findings and final recommendations in Life Care Plan to ensure adequacy, legitimacy and viability within established medical and legal standards
• Review opposing Life Care Plan to identify nonessential services, under-funding, or recommendations that are not pertinent to the patient's needs
• Confirm Life Care Plan has been prepared according to published standards, tenets and methodologies
• Provide court testimony as required
